PRINTABLE GROCERY LISTS.

I am sharing two types of grocery lists today. This first grocery list uses the same format that I use when I make the weekly meal plans on Meal Planning Mommies. It has a place in the lower right hand corner to write in what dinners you will be making each week. I always plan six dinners in my meal plans. That may sound weird, but I plan my week’s this way so we can use up the leftovers on that extra day, or we have a family night out at a restaurant. I find that we have less wasted food this way and it’s nice to get a break from cooking every once in a while.

This next grocery list has extra room for miscellaneous items that do not fall under the categories provided, and it includes lines to write on. There is no space on this one to write in the dinners you will be making, but you can scroll down to the meal planning pages below to keep track of that separately.

PRINTABLE MEAL PLANNING PAGES.

I have made a couple of different sets of meal planning pages to accommodate the different ways you may meal plan. One set is perfect for planning just your dinners and another set is perfect for planning and/or tracking all of your meals and snacks for the whole week on one page.

MEAL PLAN WITH ONE WEEK OF DINNERS

Click on the picture below for a meal plan that gives you space to write out your dinners and the sides to go with them, along with a place to jot down what ingredients you will be needing for each dinner. This is perfect for those who cook dinner for the whole family, but take care of breakfast and lunches on their own. This is the type of meal planning I do. I buy breakfast foods, but I don’t plan them all out and take lots of time cooking them up in the morning, if that makes sense.

FULL WEEK’S MEAL PLANS
WITH MEALS, SNACKS, & DESSERTS.

Click on the picture below for a meal plan that offers a place to write in your breakfasts, snacks, lunches, dinners, and desserts for each day of the week. All seven days are included in this one. This is great for someone who wants to map out the whole week. This type of meal plan can be especially helpful for someone who is trying to stick to a certain way of eating and are still getting used to it.

SMART POINTS TRACKER

For those of you who come to Meal Planning Mommies on a regular basis, you know that almost all of my (Alisha’s) posts give information that is relevant and helpful for those who are following their Weight Watcher smart points plan. As an added bonus, today, I thought it would be fun to make the same meal planning pages as you see above, but with a special place to write in the smart points values for the foods and a place to put your daily smart point totals. Click on the pictures below for printable PDF versions of the meal planning pages similar to those above, but with smart points trackers included.

Almost all of the lists that are linked above have a printable version of the list if you scroll to the bottom of the list. That means you could take a few minutes now to print out all of the lists and then take a few minutes at the beginning of each week to use them to meal plan. At the beginning of the week you just sit down with your lists and plug in the foods you want to try that week into one of the meal plan pages and grocery lists.

WOW! I know that was a lot of information, but meal planning really can be so much fun when you have all the right tools. I hope you will find some of these things to be helpful to you!!

HAPPY MEAL PLANNING!!
