- Scanned copy of Transfer certificate, 12th Marksheet, Cast Validity (if applicable), Non-creamy Layer(if applicable), Equivalent Certificate(if applicable),Migration Certificate (if applicable), Pasport No (if applicable), Copy of Pass Book of Nationalised Bank, Voter I.D, Adhar Card (Less than 100KB) Only jpeg, jpg formats are allowed.
